Return requests must be approved in advance, and the item must be shipped back using an insured, trackable service at the customer’s responsibility and risk until it reaches us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and it meets our return conditions, an exchange or refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.
